My name is Monica Serva, and I started Prysma Lending Group in 2003 with a clear vision: to help the Latino community create financial freedom through homeownership.
This realization came to me years before starting Prysma, back when I worked as a mortgage professional in Florida and saw firsthand how unfairly minorities were treated by lenders. I knew right then that I needed to change that.
